RULES AND REGULATIONS - ALL RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED
Each driver must be 14 - 15 without a driver's license and (1) fill out, sign entry form and (2) sign a waiver of liability. A legal guardian must sign the entry form and be present to sign waiver of liability.
Must have a passenger 21 years or older with photo id. Must present original birth certificate. TJ Littlejohn reserves the right to approve or
reject any and all entries.
1. Building Car: All cars must remain stock unless specified in these rules. All cars must be factory front wheel drive, 4 or 6 cylinder engine and Wheelbase must not exceed 110" inches.
2. Interior: Interior must be stripped 100%. all carpeting, interior molding, rear seats, headliners inner door panels, and any other flammable material must be removed. Passenger seat must be left in. Dash can either be removed or left in.Airbags must be removed. Both seat belts must remain in place. Vehicles must be swept free of all debris.
3. Battery: Must be mounted inside the car, all parts of the battery must be covered with non-flammable material.

4. Welding: One bar behind seat is MANDATORY; 12 x 12 inner door plates and no longer than 6" diameter pipe. A roll over bar is strongly advised. A 4 point type safety cage can be placed in the driver's compartment. Bars may not attch to the frame in any way.
5. Fuel Tank: Tanks must be made of steel. A 4 point hold down bolted to the floor with a minimum of a 2" washer on the underside of car. All hoses must be double clamped at all connections.If gas lines are ran on the inside of car they Must be inside pvc pipe. Electric fuel pumps must be operated by a lighted switch that can the passenger can shut off in case of fire.
6. Exteriors: All plastics, lights. trim molding, wheel weights, foam bumpers, and door handles must be removed. All glass including windshield, side windows, rear window, head and tail lights, will be removed before entering fairgrounds. Rolling windows down is not permitted!!NO TUCKING OR WEDGING!
7 Windshield: Must be removed. Must have 2 places of #9 wire, banding, strapping, or chain in windshield area to protect driver/passenger. Mount this from roof to the cowl panel. it must not be attached to the hood.
8. Hoods: Can be secured in 6 places, 2 strand #9 wire, banding strapping or chain.No allthread at all in the hood. A 14” x 14” inch hole must be cut in the center of hood
9 Doors: Weld outside onlywith 3" wide x 1/4" thick strapping Both outside front doors can be reinforced 6 inches past the door seams.
10. Trunks: Can have a max of 30 inches of 3: wide X 1/4” thick strapping welded to the factory trunk seam area so 15” on top of trunk lid and 15” around the trunk/bumper area. No allthread in the trunk area at all. NO TUCKING OR WEDGING ALLOWED
11 Bumpers: Can be from any compact car, or 80 and newer car.
They may be welded on in factory location. Can weld maximum
4” channel no further than 4” in frame. You can wire your
bumpers to the trunk lid in 2 palces and the radiator support in 2
places with #9 wire.
12 Tires: Tractor treads allowed. No studded tires on the front. You CAN NOT glue. screw, double and stem protection is allowed. No beadlock or reinforced rims. Remove all wheel weights.
13 Suspension: Factory suspension only! Coil springs may be wired or welded in place. It is permitted to weld a 2" plate from bottom of A-arm to frame to raise front suspension.
MUST NOT STRENGTHEN FRAME IN ANY WAY!
